Five Stone Consulting began as a dream of mine in 2018. As I knew the Lord was calling me out of the Christian ministry I was serving, I did not know the next step. Then, my best friend reminded me how much I love to teach and mentor. My husband loved the idea, and within six months, Five Stone Consulting was born. Since then, I have walked beside more than 70 directors/CEOs and over 35 organizations. God blows me away daily by allowing me to walk beside so many Christian nonprofits. It is truly an honor and a privilege!
My Story
I have over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit realm. I worked in roles as diverse as Marketing Director to Pastor of Discipleship and anything in between. After being a Pregnancy Resource Center Executive Director for eight years, I began to see the PRC industry losing some of the best leaders due to a lack of training and support in their roles. Then, my studies lead me to see that this is an issue in all Christian nonprofits. In 2018, the Lord led me to start Five Stone Consulting to step in and offer weekly mentoring for those leaders.

Having a Master's in Biblical Studies and Christian Curriculum, I created a leadership curriculum that is the foundation for all mentors. In the Fall of 2021, I began work on a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, knowing it would benefit all of the partners of Five Stone Consulting. My goal is to graduate in 2024.

I live in Texas with my husband and two daughters. Thankfully, we have a lot of room for our many animals, including dogs, horses, cows, and goats. My favorite things are coffee, books, and crocheting!
